1. Introduction

By booking or attending a private, group sessions or transmission with Neelam Sareen ("Facilitator"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the services provided by Neelam Sareen, whether you are participating in a private session, group session, or transmission.

2. Services Provided

Neelam Sareen offers private and group sessions, as well as transmissions, in the areas of spiritual growth, personal transformation, energy healing, and other related services. These sessions may be conducted via video call, or other online platforms. Sessions may involve coaching, meditation, energy work, and other tools designed to facilitate personal and spiritual development.

3. Client Responsibilities

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and mental, emotional, and physical health.

You agree to be honest and transparent during your sessions to ensure the effectiveness of the services.

You agree to follow any instructions given by Neelam Sareen during the session, as they are for your highest good and personal development.

4. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment for private and group sessions is due in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations made at least 7 days before a scheduled session will receive a full refund (minus a 10% booking fee which is non-refundable). Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

Group session fees are non-refundable if you choose not to attend.

5. Recording & Confidentiality

All sessions, unless otherwise agreed upon, are confidential. The Facilitator will not share any personal information you disclose during a session.

You agree that any transmissions may be recorded for personal or professional use by the Facilitator.

Recordings of group sessions may be shared with participants or made available to others for promotional or educational purposes with prior consent.

6. No Guarantees

Neelam Sareen makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from any session or transmission. The results vary depending on individual circumstances, receptivity, and willingness to engage in the process.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Neelam Sareen’s services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical treatment or advice. If you have any medical or psychological concerns, you should consult with a licensed healthcare provider.

By participating in sessions or transmissions, you agree that you are not relying on the Facilitator as a substitute for medical or psychological care.

8. Code of Conduct

Clients agree to approach all sessions and transmissions with respect and openness.

Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Neelam Sareen reserves the right to terminate a session at any time without refund if a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, recordings, and content shared during sessions are the intellectual property of Neelam Sareen. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without written permission.

By participating in sessions, you grant Neelam Sareen permission to use any non-identifiable information or feedback for promotional or educational purposes.

10. Liability

By engaging in private or group sessions, you agree to release Neelam Sareen from any liability for any harm or loss that may arise during or after a session. You understand that personal growth and transformation can involve emotional and psychological changes, and you take full responsibility for your participation.

11. Modifications to Terms

Neelam Sareen reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in sessions or transmissions implies acceptance of any updates.
